Training Description

The reports generator is a integrated and very flexible functionality that allows the users to generate simple or complex reports, letters, labels, statistics and lists of data.

This training is for:

Managers and employees responsible for extracting reports from COBA software solutions - beginner to intermediate level.

Goals:

  • Understand the functionality of the report generator
  • Optimize the creation of simple or complex reports
  • Realize the potential and flexibility of the reports generator

During this interactive training (maximum of six participants per training), led by our software experts, participants will also be able to exchange views with the trainer who will be pleased to answer all of their questions.

The COBA I Berger-Levrault teams are available to train your employees. Under a half-day package, we offer a series of training courses on all COBA software solutions and all training will be provided remotely.

Cancellation and refund

It is possible to cancel your registration; however, given the complexity and costs incurred in the planning of the training, we must receive a cancellation notice no later than 24 hours before, defined as the “cancellation date”.

To cancel your registration, you must send Berger-Levrault a written notice to the following address: InfoCanada@berger-levrault.com.

Your registration will be cancelled and if you are eligible for a refund it will be processed within 10 to 30 business days.

If you cancel your registration prior to the cancellation date, Berger-Levrault International ltée, or one of its affiliated entities (hereinafter “Berger-Levrault”) will reimburse you for any amounts submitted.

Any cancellation made after the cancellation date will not be eligible for a refund.  It is possible to substitute the registered person with another participant; however, you must inform us in advance and provide us with their contact details (name and job title) so that we can make any necessary adjustments.

If the event has started or ended, you will have to pay the full cost of the event.

For example, if you were registered for a half-day training on one of our products but you did not attend the training online or in person and you want to cancel your registration after the training is over, you will have to pay the full amount of the half-day training cost which is $450, despite your absence.
