The closing assembly marks the end of the conference. All attendees are invited to attend a general Question and Answer session with Infosilem on topics discussed during the conference and to make recommendations for future Let’s Talk Scheduling conferences.
We will announce the location and dates for the 2025 conference.

Refunds and Cancellations
It is possible to cancel your registration, but due to the complexity and costs associated with organizing the event, the cancellation notice must be received by us no later than September 1 2024, defined as the "cancellation date".
To cancel your registration, you must send a written notification to Berger-Levrault at the following address: letstalkscheduling.infosilem@berger-levrault.com. Your registration will be canceled, and if you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed within 10 to 30 business days.
If you cancel your registration before the cancellation date, Berger-Levrault International Ltd, or any of its affiliated entities (hereinafter "Berger-Levrault") will refund the submitted amounts.
Any cancellation made after the cancellation date will not be eligible for a refund. It is possible to substitute the registered person with another participant; however, you must inform us in advance and provide their contact information (name and position) so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
If the event has started or concluded, you will be required to pay the full cost of the event.
