If you need to cancel your registration, the following cancellation policy will be enforced:
- Refunds will be issued, less a $50.00 administration fee, if cancelled before or on September 3rd, 2019.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after September 3rd, 2019.
Substitutions are welcome; however, we request that you provide us with the name and title of the participants, so that adjustments can be made to the list of attendees prior to the event.
You can register at any time, but we would suggest that you register early to benefit from the Early Bird rates.
Payment by credit card is not available; payment by cheque or by electronic file transfer (EFT) is required. EFT payment is available only if your institution is registered with Infosilem. If by cheque, please make your cheque payable to Infosilem Inc. and mail it to the following address:

During the presentations, we use a big screen presentation method; however, Infosilem staff are on hand to discuss and demonstrate the software as needed and to answer any questions that may arise.
Upon completion of the conference, we will provide you with a link to access and download all presentations offered during the conference.
