Event Description
INFOSILEM Campus Training Sessions
Infosilem | Berger-Levrault launches a new set of online interactive training packages for INFOSILEM Campus.
When used properly, INFOSILEM Campus is a powerful tool that allows institutions to accelerate degree velocity, optimize room and resource allocation, fuel financial efficiencies, and reduce administrator and IT workload.
These training sessions cover four different aspects of the software:
- Functional Administration: Two sessions designed around the setup and configuration of the business rules and logic that make INFOSILEM Campus work for your specific cases.
- Scheduling: Two sessions cover the ins and outs of reservation management and getting the most out of the Scheduling Assistant.
- Campus Community: Two sessions dedicated to leveraging all of the features of the INFOSILEM Portal to best serve your campus community.
- Information Technology: One session dedicated to tips and tricks for setting up new users, reassigning responsibilities, and addressing operational challenges.
During these interactive sessions, trainees will be encouraged to chat with our software expert, Alexandru Marinescu, so they can receive information that is based on their specific needs.
These sessions are designed for functional administrators, campus schedulers, as well as anyone involved in the deployment of the INFOSILEM Campus for the campus community.
These activities are available to all Infosilem | Berger-Levrault clients.

This training package involves two sessions built around the setup and configuration of the business rules and logic that make INFOSILEM Campus functional for your institution.
- The Management session provides an overview of the INFOSILEM Campus data structure and configuration basics. Topics such as space inventory, booking types, organizational units, and functional units are covered, along with steps on adding or modifying your existing setup.
- The Administration & Utilities session goes beyond the basics. It deals with the critical configuration topics, including user creation, user roles, and database management. You will also learn all about integration with third-party applications using text files.
In addition, with the selection of any training package, the Infosilem | Berger-Levrault team is offering to complement your training with the Functional Administration & Workflows session. This bonus session is dedicated to tips and tricks for setting up new users, reassigning responsibilities, and addressing operational challenges frequently faced during the deployment process.

Refunds and Cancellations
It is possible to cancel your registration; however, given the complexity and costs incurred in the planning of the trainings, we must receive a cancellation notice no later than 24 hours before, defined as the “cancellation date”.
To cancel your registration, you must send Berger-Levrault a written notice to the following address: InfoCanada@berger-levrault.com.
Your registration will be cancelled and if you are eligible for a refund it will be processed within 10 to 30 business days.
If you cancel your registration prior to the cancellation date, Berger-Levrault International ltée, or one of its affiliated entities (hereinafter “Berger-Levrault”) will reimburse you for any amounts submitted.
Any cancellation made after the cancellation date will not be eligible for a refund. It is possible to substitute the registered person with another participant; however, you must inform us in advance and provide us with their contact details (name and job title) so that we can make any necessary adjustments.
If the event has started or ended, you will have to pay the full cost of the event.
For example, if you were registered for a two hour-long session on one of our products but you did not attend the training online and you want to cancel your registration after the session is over, you will have to pay the total amount of the training cost despite your absence.
