Package Campus Community

This training package is built around providing you with a comprehensive view of INFOSILEM Campus. From general settings to advanced calendar settings, these two training sessions will leave you feeling in control of your scheduling needs.

• The General Setting and Portal Types session covers the basic setup required to get the Portal up and running for your campus community. Become an expert on publishing data, user access to requests, and self-service.
• The Group Calendars and Services session deals with the more advanced features that are possible on the Portal. Topics include service requests and advanced calendar settings.

In addition, when you select any training package, the Infosilem | Berger-Levrault team will complement your training with the Functional Administration & Workflows session. This bonus session is dedicated to tips and tricks for setting up new users, reassigning responsibilities, and addressing operational challenges frequently faced during the deployment process.
