Package Functional Administration
This training package includes two sessions built around the setup and configuration of the business rules and logic that make INFOSILEM Campus functional for your institution.
- The Management session provides an overview of the INFOSILEM Campus data structure and configuration basics. Topics such as space inventory, booking types, organizational units, and functional units are covered, along with steps on adding or modifying your existing setup.
- The Administration & Utilities session goes beyond the basics. It deals with critical configuration topics, including user creation, user roles, and database management. You will also learn all about integration with third-party applications using text files.
In addition, with the selection of any training package, the Infosilem | Berger-Levrault team is offering to complement your training with the Functional Administration & Workflows session. This bonus session is dedicated to tips and tricks for setting up new users, reassigning responsibilities, and addressing operational challenges frequently faced during the deployment process.
